This farm-direct coffee from Narino, Colombia is a meticulously produced coffee down to the farm level. We've been working with the farmer, Alipio, since 2018 and we bought his entire 2021 crop! Embracing traditional techniques and adapting to new ones, Alipio aims to produce high quality coffee while taking the next step and developing strong relationships with his customers.
By buying all of his harvest at a premium price, we are excited to support the success and passion at La Capilla! A beautiful coffee that has a smooth and creamy body while offering great sweetness and little apple-tartness.
