Fleeting Beauty 3/14/23

I sat at the coffee bar staring down a freshly poured cappuccino. I liked the perspective, watching the baristas work in sync. The speed was only surpassed by the quality of their work. There are many variables that go into a beautiful latte or just a straight up espresso. I appreciate the execution of the well-choreographed craft. Though the art of it is fleeting, it is beauty, nonetheless.
