Ebb & Flow

Today’s coffee was amazing. I’ve been going to this local establishment for years, and somehow this week the coffee level turned up a couple of notches. Perhaps it has something to do with some astrological alignment or a restructuring of their roasting control panel. A couple of years back they had the reverse problem and the coffee was way off. Life often has its ebb and flow, even in the coffee world.
