There are more and more choices if you want an excellent espresso drink. The bar is being driven up higher and we are all benefiting from that. Now it becomes a question of ambience, with the key component being music. Style is somewhat important in that it does add to the mood. You can deal with bad style; you can tolerate mediocre music, but there can be no compromise on the coffee.
