Day 49 - October 4, 2022

My wife’s coffee schedule starts earlier than mine. She is more traditional, first thing in the morning. Most days I wait until the afternoon, but I must regularly resist temptation. Even though I wait until later in the day, the smell of morning coffee lifts my spirits and piques my anticipation. Knowing that it is coming is part of the joy.
