Coffee Reunion 7/29/23

After 20 years of separation, plans were laid in stone for a rendezvous with an old friend. I headed south to connect, fighting torrential rain to arrive at the handpicked café that would serve for our reacquaintance. After our hellos and hugs, I ordered lattes for us. The artwork was perfect, both unique and both excellent. We rejoiced as we reunited. Usually coffee makes everything better, but I think our reunion made the coffee better. Either way it was a lovely day spent over coffee with my lovely friend.
